Method 1: Using the Print Screen Key

  1. Locate the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It’s usually labeled as PrtScn, PrntScrn, Print Scr, or something similar.

  2. Press the Print Screen key to capture the entire screen. If you want to capture only the active window, press Alt + Print Screen.

  3. Open an image editing tool like Paint, Photoshop, or even Word.

  4. Paste the screenshot by pressing Ctrl + V.

  5. Save the image by going to File > Save As, choose your desired location, and click Save.

Method 2: Using the Snipping Tool

  1. Open the Snipping Tool. You can find it by typing “Snipping Tool” into the search bar in the Start menu.
